CONDITIONS OF USE

Welcome to MOPROAUTO. Because of the laws of the land, we gave in and let the lawyers make known the boring legal stuff that every website is required to do, so here goes! We provide our service to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at www.moproauto.com, or its affiliate websites( including our eBay Store), you accept and are subject to these conditions. So if you would, please read them carefully.

MOPROAUTO respects the privacy needs and concerns of our customers. Our primary concern is protecting your privacy and the information collected only for the purposes of processing a purchase transaction on www.moproauto.com, or its affiliate websites. MOPROAUTO will not sell or rent your name, address, email address, credit card information, product selection or personal information under ANY circumstances.

By transacting business with www.moproauto.com, you are accepting the practices described in this Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is not intended to and does not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party, and can be found HERE.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

We all make mistakes, so product descriptions, typographic, pricing and photographic errors are unintentional and subject to correction. We regret, but are not liable for, incorrect photos or typographical errors. MOPROAUTO may make changes or updates at any time, and if you find any of those mistakes, please tell us!

Note on Installations: Before you install any product from MoProAuto, please check to make sure you have the correct item before installation! Although very rare, shipping mistakes can happen! So we ask that you make sure you have the correct item, because we cannot be held liable for a wrong item being installed on your vehicle. If the wrong item was sent, contact us immediately before installation.

MOPROAUTO is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or authorized by any copyright or trademark holder unless otherwise noted, and are not used here for any commercial or advertising purposes. There use is on a Fair Use Assumption without intent to compete with or take advantage of the trademark holder. Any reference to any copyright or trademark is for identification purposes only.

Most products offered by MOPROAUTO are designed to be used as decorative accessories. We know you are very careful, especially when it comes to making your vehicle look great, so the User/Owner assumes all risk and liability when installing any products from MOPROAUTO, and we will not be held liable for injury or damage, including, but not limited to, misuse, abuse, improper installation, road hazard or modification, resulting from use of any product purchased from MOPROAUTO. Pictures of vinyl graphics are a representation only, and may not match in color exactly as shown on your screen.

We want to offer you the best buying and information experience possible, so this site may contain links to other website maintained by parties other than MOPROAUTO. We have a partnership with other sites, including eBay.com, Amazon.com, and Google, and may offer products from those sites. The linked sites are not under the control of MOPROAUTO, therefore, we can not be held responsible for the content of any linked site, including without limitation any linked contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to a linked site. MOPROAUTO is providing these links to you as a convenience and the inclusion does not imply endorsement of the site by MOPROAUTO.

CANCELLATIONS

You know those people that can't make up their minds, or that have buyer remorse? You aren't that person, because you know what you want! So after you carefully choose your product, and upon us receiving payment for your order, processing begins immediately, so cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation fee similar to restocking charges of 25% of the final price charged, if the order has not shipped. If your order has shipped before notice of cancellation, shipping charges will not be refunded and you will need to request a return and obtain a RMA number, if the return is allowed as described under "Returns" below. Refused merchandise at time of delivery may incur return freight charges in addition to the cancellation fee.

SHIPPING

Currently, our main source of shipping comes from USPS, FedEx or UPS, and we try to stick with the same service for most items. Right now, we use UPS, but depending on any one item, we could change so you can receive the product as quickly as possible. Most items are processed, packaged and shipped within 3 business days after full payment, and gets to you fast! Bigger or specialty items may take slightly longer, so for all items please allow 7 - 21 business days to receive, although this is very rare. No matter the size, weight, or distance to ship to you, all rates will remain as described in each product page!

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Because of the size of our products, we need a physical shipping address.

RETURN POLICY

We provide superior automotive accessories and stand by our products, and hope you are very pleased with your purchase. So in the unlikely event that a return is requested, please consider these terms:

When you see that package arrive, and you are excited to open it, please be responsible! When you receive your item, please open the package and inspect the items upon delivery. Packages that appear to be damaged should be immediately reported to the freight carrier. Damage due to shipping is the sole responsibility of the freight carrier. All claims are to be made by the customer directly with the carrier. Shipping carriers will not honor late claims.

All items should be inspected for defects or damage and "dry fitted" prior to being installed. Installation instructions provided should be followed completely. Although you can do it yourself, getting your items professionally installed is always an option. All reasonable attempts should be made for proper installation before making a return claim. It is our sole discretion to authorize returns for credit or exchange.

Request for returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 10 days from the date of receipt. No exceptions. No returns are allowed on any custom orders, special orders, painted items, or clearance items, including custom colors or modifications of any kind. Returns will be accepted only if the returned products are unused in their original packaging, and in the condition in which they were received.

Warranties: Unless otherwise specified under the description of each individual item, there are no expressed warranties of any type on any item on moproauto.com, including but not limited to: vinyl graphics and decals, etc. Because of the extreme conditions encountered for horizontal vinyl applications (sun, weather, tree sap, etc.) horizontal applications (racing stripes, hood stripes, etc.) are not covered under any type of warranty, unless otherwise specified in each individual listing. Please contact us with any questions regarding the warranty on any one item.

VINYL GRAPHICS RETURN POLICY: Our vinyl graphics, decals, stickers, etc., are carefully custom made and packaged, so once the graphics are opened, this constitutes use of the graphics, and then NO RETURNS will be accepted! Also, there are NO RETURNS for vinyl that has already been installed, no exceptions!

As a reminder, please keep this disclaimer in mind:

Our vinyl graphics are made of professional material and takes time, care, and patience to properly install. Our installation instructions are to be used as a guide only. Because every installation is unique, there are other tips and tricks that only a professional vinyl installer may know.

Therefore, while most of our graphics are “easy to install” and can be installed by most people, please remember that professional installation is always an option! We recommend contacting your local sign shop that deals with vinyl signs and vehicle decals to help you with installation.

If you decide to install vinyl graphics on your own, install AT YOUR OWN RISK! Once you begin installation, there can be no returns or exchanges if:

• The wind catches the graphic
• Too much installation fluid is used
• The vinyl doesn't separate correctly from the backing paper because of a rushed installation
• You install and don't get all the creases and/or bubbles out of the vinyl
• You accidentally cut the vinyl when trying to install

Or any other issue that may not make it a 100% successful installation.

Also please keep in mind that professionals can make mistakes too, so once a graphic is "dry fitted" and ready to install, if an error occurs in installation then the installer is liable!

MoProAuto will not be held liable for any type of failed installation!

If an issue does come up, and you need to replace once piece or one entire side, you must buy the complete set again. The manufacturers we buy our graphics from DO NOT SELL INDIVIDUAL PIECES of any one set.

Please keep these points in mind as you think of the best way to have your graphics installed. Most of the graphics we offer are one of a kind and hard to find for the general public, so please treat your investment with care, and you will receive years of enjoyment from your purchase!

Returned products not meeting these conditions are subject to refusal and/or a 25% restocking fee. So in the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, and all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. We have a 10 day refund/exchange guarantee, unless the item has already been installed.. All returns subject to 25% restocking fee.

SPOILER RETURN POLICY: We use the best pictures available for most vehicles as a representation of the product offered. We back the spoilers we offer with a 6 year / 66,000 mile warranty and both the paint finish and the plastic part itself are guaranteed for life. If, however, you do decide to return a spoiler, we charge a 25% restocking fee on painted and unpainted orders, and also a $50 paint fee on painted orders, and we do not credit shipping charges.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred. Please note that, although pictures in items that include auto graphics and decals are very close to actual products, items do not exactly match in colors, as these colors may be reproduced differently depending on the screen used.

No products will be accepted for return or exchange without a Return Material Authorization number. Please email our customer service at sales@moproauto.net, to explain the return and ask for a RMA number. We will email you our return address, and you will receive a RMA number from us. Please carefully pack product in original packaging, insure and ship via ground, freight prepaid to the address we email you. Return Authorization Number should be clearly written on outside of box. Shipping charges in either direction are not refundable. Under no circumstances will products be received freight collect.

We put a lot of time and effort into our site, so all content included on www.moproauto.com, including photos, text, graphics and application data is the property of MOPROAUTO and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. This site, in part or whole, may not be copied in any way without the expressed written consent from MOPROAUTO. Vendors’ trade names, trademarks and logos are used with permission, but all rights are retained by the owners of those materials.
