Vinyl Graphics Disclaimer

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your MoProAuto vinyl graphics purchase! Upon receiving your shipment, if the package appears to be damaged please contact us immediately. Be careful when opening the package, as sharp objects can puncture the vinyl.

When you open your package and inspect the graphics, some settling in shipping may occur. You may notice a corner or two that is bent, or wrinkles on the liner pre-mask. This is not a defect in the product and will not hinder installation. Vinyl is very resilient and the wrinkles will come out during installation. Please keep in mind :

* Wrinkles may be more prominent once the product is unrolled
* Wrinkles will come out after the liner is removed, and you smooth the graphics out during installation.
* Any lumps or wrinkles in the vinyl will be a permanent wrinkle if squeegeed too firmly and quickly during the install.

These vinyl graphics are made of professional material and take time, care, and patience to properly install.
As a reminder please keep this disclaimer in mind, and give this information to your installer :

While we emphasize the ease of installing our products, that they are “easy to install” and can be installed by most people, MoProAuto or their resellers are not responsible for errors that may arise during installation.

Our installation instructions are to be used as a guide only. Because every installation is unique, there are other tips and tricks that only a professional vinyl installer may know. Please remember that professional installation is always an option! While there is a cost in seeking out a qualified professional, it may be well worth your time and effort to have these graphics installed by a professional. Avoid using a local body shop or automotive dealership unless a 3M certified installer works for them. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND seeking an experienced 3M certified installer, usually from a sign shop dealing with automotive vinyl “wraps”.

If you decide to “do it yourself”, then INSTALL AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please read our installation instructions carefully and do as much research as possible. Once you begin installation there are no refunds and partial returns will not be accepted, as the following issues may arise:

* The wind catches the graphic, or dirt gets under the vinyl .
(Two or more people may be needed to help with larger kits)

* Too much installation fluid is used during installation.
(Read the general installation instructions carefully)

* The backing paper gets wet or humid, thus making the paper “stick” to the vinyl.
(Remember : PEEL SLOWLY!)

* After installation creases and/or bubbles remain in the vinyl, or you accidentally cut or rip the vinyl.
(Patience is needed!)

Or any other issue that may not make it a 100% successful installation.

Please keep in mind that professionals can make mistakes and are liable for the cost to replace this product! Every kit sold has been tested, pre-cut, and installed numerous times with many successful installations. Each kit goes through a rigorous quality control process before shipment, so vinyl flaws are extremely rare. Please examine the graphic yourself and with the professional installer for any defects, and “dry fit” the graphic on the vehicle for proper fitment, all BEFORE installation begins. If a problem is found email us immediately, and be ready to provide digital photos of the issue.

Remember, once the graphic is ready to install if an error occurs during installation then the installer is liable!

If an error occurs in installation, individual pieces may not be available. Some but not all kits are available in either individual pieces or entire driver or passenger sides, depending on the color and how the graphic is produced.
